Items returned within 14 days of the original invoice date due to an error in ordering
will be subjected to a 20% re-stocking charge.
No credit will be issued for items returned past 14 days of original invoicing.
There will be no credit issued for custom-made products.
New Products are warranted for (1) year against defect in materials and workmanship.
Normal wear is not warrantied, nor is damage caused by the improper use of a product.
Any attempt to disassemble or repair the product will void the warranty.
Repairs have a (90) day warranty, which begins the day the repaired item is shipped back to the customer.
The warranty is valid provided that the repaired item or new product has not been misused, disassembled, or tampered with in any way.
A copy of the original receipt showing date of repair or purchase must accompany any warranty claim.
